'If you love music, but believe you can't dance - come along and give it a go. This is dancing from the inside out. There are no 'rights' or 'wrongs' about how you move. It's all about increasing your appreciation for what is possible - a lightness, a playfulness ...... a joyfulness that you inhabit this physical body!!'
