Winter Blues?

Help is at hand ... 'Doing Winter Differently' is a course which encourages you to manage your response to the English Winter in positive and creative ways.

On-going support and guidance is available to help you make positive changes which will improve your quality of life through the darker months.

The group will be working together using quiet contemplation, positive thinking and action planning to create new and life-enhancing ways to experience Winter.

'I use my experience as a Yoga teacher to guide you towards a more creative experience of Winter using bodywork, creative visualisation, relaxation and sharing circles.'

This seven week course gives you:-

  • time out - just for you
  • time to relax and be still
  • time to reflect on the passing year
  • time to plan and begin to implement the changes you wish to make
  • a new perspective on Winter

 

The course starts mid October each year and requires commitment to 2 hours every fortnight and costs £44 for places booked with a 50% deposit before 1st September or £49 after that date.
